Welcome to our on-line store. Many of you have visited us in store but now you can order from the comfort of your own home.

We are committed to giving you the same high quality of service and information that you have come to expect in store from our knowledgable staff.

You can order on-line by following the on-screen instructions and going to checkout once you have finished shoppping. Not forgetting to check out our Bargain Basement for any unmissable deals before you check out.

CHRISTMAS GIFTS
Please return unwanted/incorrect Christmas gifts by 26th January 2009.

Send your order to Celtic Equestrian, Tyrrel Place, Talybont, Ceredigion. SY24 5HA enclosing your chosen form of payment.

by Fax:
Fax your order to 01970 832124, 24 hours a day.

by Phone:
Telephone orders are always welcome. Call us on 01970 832124 during opening times.
All credit\debit cards are accepted with telephone orders.

Delivery
Where goods are in stock and payment is made by credit\debit card, dispatch is usually same day. We can offer next day delivery (excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands), please ask for details.

Please allow up to five working days for standard delivery.

Postage:
Standard postage within the UK is £4.95 and Express delivery is £9.95(excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands). Express delivery cannot be guarenteed for Saturday delivery.

Overseas orders:
We are happy to export orders. Please email us at customerservice@celticequestrian.co.uk for information on costs and delivery times.

Price Changes
Every effort is made to maintain the low prices shown but prices can be liable to increase beyond our control. If the cost of your order differs from the prices shown, then we will contact you either by telephone, letter or email to await your instructions before processing your order.

VAT
Prices shown include VAT at 17.5%. Unless marked with a * as these items are zero rated.

Opening Hours
The shop is open six days a week excluding Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year.
Monday to Friday 10am - 5pm

Returns
Refunds will be made for items returned to us at the customers expense within 7 working days.
Refunds will only be given if the items are returned unused, unsoiled and in original packaging with all tags attached.

It is your responsibilty to obtain proof of postage should a returned parcel become damaged or lost, it is not our responsibilty to refund on cancelled or unwanted goods.
